RIDE AWAY:
GHANA 2027
Imagine trading your everyday routine for the rhythm of two wheels rolling across one of West Africa's most vibrant and storied nations. This is not simply a cycling trip — it is a journey of connection, culture, and genuine community impact.
Where Adventure Meets Impact
THE MISSION BEHIND THE MILES
BEEP — Bicycle Education Empowerment Program
Donate a Bike. Change a Life.
At the heart of this entire experience is a simple, powerful truth: a bicycle can change a child's world.
In rural parts of Ghana, the distance between a student's home and their school can be the difference between attending class and staying home. Long walks on unpaved roads, hours lost each day, and the physical exhaustion that arrives before the school day even begins — these are the quiet barriers that limit potential and widen inequality.
The Bicycle Education Empowerment Program (BEEP) exists to remove those barriers, one bicycle at a time. Through your participation in the Ghana Cycle Vacation, bikes will be donated directly to students in rural Ghanaian communities — physical tools of empowerment that arrive not from a distant charity, but from the collective effort of cyclists who rode Ghanaian roads and chose to give something back to the country that welcomed them.
This is what makes the RideAway: Ghana vacation different from any other cycling trip in the world.
You are not just riding. You are contributing to a legacy.

THE GHANA RIDEAWAY JOURNEY
Three Roads. One Ghana.
Your ride package includes full participation in all three cycling experiences. Each ride is independently extraordinary — and together, they give you a complete picture of what it means to move through this country on two wheels.
Signature Event Ride

Botanical Garden Ride
Roll Through Living History and Natural Beauty
03
Ghana's botanical heritage is extraordinary, and your Botanical Garden Ride places you directly within it. This mid-tour experience takes cyclists through lush, carefully tended grounds where towering mahogany trees form cathedral canopies overhead, rare tropical flora lines quiet pathways, and the air carries the clean, green perfume of a landscape that has been cultivated and celebrated for generations.
Beyond the gardens themselves, this ride winds through surrounding green corridors and scenic rural edges, offering a peaceful counterpoint to the city energy of your opening night. Here, the pace invites reflection. You are reminded that Ghana's beauty is not only in its people and its cities — it lives equally in its land.
HIGHLIGHTS
-
Scenic route through world-class botanical grounds and green surrounds
-
Accessible terrain suitable for all fitness levels in the group
-
Opportunity for photography, reflection, and natural immersion
-
Approximately 40–60 km with gentle elevation

City Night Ride
Feel the Pulse of Ghana After Dark
01
There is something undeniably magical about a city when the sun goes down and the streets come alive with light, music, and movement. Your Ghana adventure begins with an electric City Night Ride through the illuminated heart of urban Ghana, where colonial-era architecture stands shoulder to shoulder with modern hustle, and the warm glow of street vendors and roadside chop bars lines your path like a welcome parade.
Riding with fellow cyclists through the cooling evening air, you will experience the city's neighborhoods in a way no tour bus could ever offer — at eye level, at human pace, fully immersed. Music drifts from open doorways. Children wave from stoops. The city breathes around you.
HIGHLIGHTS
-
Guided evening route through iconic city landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods
-
Introduction to local cyclists and cycling culture
-
Perfect warm-up ride for the adventures ahead
THE CELEBRATIONS
Welcome Reception & White Party

Saturday, February 13, 2027
Welcome Reception
Ride the pulse of Accra after dark.
In Ghana, welcome is not just a word — it is a feeling, a gesture, an embrace. And tonight, we are wrapping you in all of it.
Step into an evening alive with music, color, and the electric energy of a group of extraordinary people about to do something extraordinary together. Let the rhythm move you. Let a handcrafted cocktail — kissed with the bold, bright flavors of West Africa — find its way into your hand. Graze, laugh, wander, and when the music pulls you, let it.
Capture the moment at our photo station, because you will want to remember the night it all began. Around you are the cyclists, dreamers, and changemakers who will share every sunrise, every red-dirt road, and every triumphant finish line with you across Ghana.
And woven into every laugh, every clinking glass, and every beat of the evening is the mission that brought you all here: the Bicycle Education Empowerment Program.
Ghana is ready. The roads are waiting. The students are eagerly anticipating.
But tonight? Tonight belongs to you!

Eat like royalty. Bold, aromatic, soul-deep West African flavors that honor the communities who cheered you forward.
-
Sip something special. Handcrafted West African-inspired cocktails, built for this moment.

BEYOND THE BIKE
Daily À La Carte Experiences
The cycling is just the beginning. When the wheels stop, Ghana doesn't.
Every single day, a hand-picked lineup of optional half and full day tours is yours for the taking — and trust us, you are going to want to take them. These aren't tourist traps or checkbox excursions. These are real, raw, unforgettable deep-dives into one of the most culturally rich nations on the planet.
Ancient forts that have witnessed centuries of history. Coastlines that will stop you dead in your tracks. Markets so alive with color, sound, and energy that your senses won't know where to start. You came to Ghana — now see Ghana.
Then there's the shopping. Forget everything you think you know about souvenir hunting. This is direct, face-to-face, soul-to-soul connection with the artisans, traders, and makers who pour their heritage into every piece they create.
And the artistic experiences? Prepare to be wrecked — in the best possible way. Ghana's creative culture doesn't perform for visitors. It simply exists, boldly and beautifully, and when you step into it — when you watch a master craftsperson work, when you try your hand at something ancient and alive — something shifts in you. That's the Ghana effect. And it is very, very real.
The full à la carte experience menu will be shared exclusively with registered participants — and early bird registrants get first access to reserve their spots.
The best experiences fill fast, and the riders who move first will have the pick of the lineup. So don't wait to see the menu before you decide to come. Decide to come — and get first in line for everything Ghana has waiting for you.
